We are Supporting National Apprenticeship Week 2022
This Week (7th February- 13th February) is National Apprenticeship Week 2022.
“The week brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week this year is ‘build the future’; reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.”
Currently at Powertherm, we have a total of 33 apprentices, working in a variety of departments including accounts, contracts, electrical trace heating, fabrication, business administration, HR, industrial coatings, insulation, QHSE and scaffolding.
The Insulation department have the largest amount of current apprentices, with 21.
We are extremely proud that over 12% of our workforce are apprentices and they strongly contribute to the success of the company.
